The Doheny Eye Institute is moving from Boyle Heights to Pasadena. The building is four stories, 123,203 square feet and located at 150 N. Orange Grove Blvd. The property cost the Institute $50 million, a price increase of 153% since 2013 when it was purchased by SteelWave Inc. for $19.8 million. Before then, Avery Dennison owned and occupied the building since 1981.
