Of the ten largest purchase transactions in the US last year, two were located in Hollywood. Stanwood Capital bought the newly named Jeremy West Hollywood for 280 million. Host Hotels and Resorts bought the W Hollywood for 219 million. The top seller however, was the 600 million dollar sale of the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas.
