KLM has just bought out Tesla Motors at Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade. Owning at the location of the Promenade seemed to be the interest rather than the actual business of Tesla. Apple Store on the Promenade had it’s value skyrocket from a selling price of $60 million to $100 million in just two years. Tesla went from $2.8 million selling price in 2006 to $15.6 million dollars currently. Beverly Hills properties, though, are still selling at much more exorbitant prices including the Bijan store selling for $122 million dollars in July.
