One of the historic buildings in Los Angela’s Jewelry District was just recently sold to Bow West Capital for $14 million dollars. Bow West Capital intends to develop this are into an art gallery and retail space for restaurants. This purchase continues the changing trend in the downtown area of LA and projects more redevelopment plans in the future as Bow West Capital snatches up more and more properties for sale with the intent of redeveloping them into creative office, retail, boutique hotels, and multifamily.
