Even as brick and mortar retailers are closing around the country, retails sales are growing. This growth in sales is being driving by what’s being called “m-commerce” — or the buying and selling of goods on mobile devices. This, coupled with traditional e-commerce demands, means retailers are increasingly investing in distribution centers instead of retail outlets and many of these centers are using robots to ship out customer purchases.
